Order Process

Step 2: Press the cart button, select your region in “Estimated Delivery,” and the shipping fee will be calculated.

Step 3: Review the quantity, price, and shipping fee, then tap “Checkout.”

Step 4:
For PayPal users: Proceed to the PayPal page and follow the instructions.
For registered users: Please Sign Up or Log In to your account.
For guest checkout: Enter your Customer details and Delivery details, then tap “Continue.”

Step 5: Review your entered information and tap “Continue.”

Step 6: Choose your payment method: Card or PayPal. (Paying by card requires entering your card information.)

Step 7: If the billing address differs from the shipping address, enter the correct delivery address.

Step 8: Read the Return Policy and check the box to agree.

Step 9: Review your order and press “Place Order & Pay.”

Cancellation & Returns

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order from our website at any time before it has been processed for shipping.

Unopened Items: To return or exchange an unopened item, please contact us at contact@japanclassic.shop within 10 days of its arrival. The cost of return shipping is the customer's.

Opened Items: Once an item has been opened, we are unable to accept a return or exchange.

Damaged, Incomplete, or Not as Described: Please contact us at contact@japanclassic.shop within 3 days of arrival. We will refund or exchange the item, and we cover the cost of return shipping.
