・Before Shipment: You can cancel your order from our website at any time before it has been processed for shipping.

・Unopened Items: To return or exchange an unopened item, please contact us at contact@japanclassic.shop within 10 days of its arrival. The cost of return shipping is the customer's.

・Opened Items: Once an item has been opened, we are unable to accept a return or exchange.

・Damaged, Incomplete, or Not as Described: Please contact us at contact@japanclassic.shop within 3 days of arrival. We will refund or exchange the item, and we cover the cost of return shipping.
