Every order is sent from Japan with UPS — fully insured, tracked door to door, and packed by hand for fragile ceramics. You will receive your UPS tracking number as soon as your piece ships.

Most orders arrive within two weeks in most regions.

All of our products are handcrafted by highly skilled professional ceramic artists.
At Japan Classic, we offer handmade pieces created by Japanese artisans—nothing mass-produced.

Because each piece is made by hand in small numbers, stock is limited.
If the item you want is unavailable, please contact Japan Classic.
Depending on the piece, we may be able to request additional production from the artist.

Our prices reflect the work itself — nothing more is hidden inside them. International shipping is charged separately at cost, fully insured.

Unopened items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of arrival. The cost of return shipping is the customer's.
Once an item has been opened, we are unable to accept a return or exchange.
If a piece arrives damaged, incomplete, or differs from its description, please contact us at contact@japanclassic.shop within 3 days of arrival. We will refund or exchange the item, and we cover the cost of return shipping.
Shipping insurance is fully provided at our expense.
