Defective Goods

In the event of an incorrect item being delivered or any defects in the product, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

If the damage is caused by the shipping carrier, we will first file a compensation claim on your behalf. However, depending on the circumstances, you may be required to submit a compensation claim directly to the shipping carrier.

For products after shipment:
For unopened products, if you contact us via the inquiry form or our public email address within 10 days of product arrival, we will accept returns or exchanges at your expense for shipping. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened products.
