These are not display pieces behind glass. They are meant for your table — for rice, for tea, for ordinary evenings. With use, the glaze deepens in character. That slow change is the point.

Each piece is shaped and fired by hand, one at a time. The slight distortions and fine crackle that appear as the glaze cools are not flaws — they are the maker's hand, still visible. No two pieces are ever the same. The one in the photograph is the one that arrives.
